Hi Martin, it's because our contractual (legal) arrangements with the producer of this film do not allow us to include it as part of a Subscription. We only get a small fraction of the income from this rental, with the most going directly to the Producers. It's here in the HMTV catalog as an extra service to our viewers if you'd like to be able to watch it. As it is, it appears that the contract arrangement is ab out to be terminated and all the documentaries produced by ASA (UK), currently on HMTV will be removed from the catalog very soon. If you do want to watch any of them, then the time to do it would be in the next few days. Hope this explains the situation.
